Morningside’s outdoor pool is heated to a comfortable 84-86 degrees Fahrenheit year-round. It’s the perfect temperature for loosening stiff joints and encouraging ease of movement. For those who prefer the encouragement of a group environment, Morningside offers weekly classes — Aqua Aerobics on Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. and Dip-N-Be-Fit on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. We also have a new once-a-month Saturday Aqua Groove class. Swimming or walking laps in the pool are also great forms of exercise. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced swimmer, everyone can benefit from water exercise.
