Assisted Living Residences
ParkVista at Morningside offers 54 apartments with six distinctive floor plans, some with lovely garden views, others with a private balcony overlooking the courtyard fountain. Combining elegance and function, all the apartments are furnished with a small refrigerator-freezer, optional microwave and individual climate control. Residents are served three delicious meals daily in our warm and beautiful dining room, and ParkVista has a private dining room for those special gatherings of just family and friends. The professional staff provides personalized services to residents needing assistance with daily living tasks. Services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication and diet, as well as delicious restaurant-style meal service in the dining room. A full activity program and scheduled transportation to community activities enhance the quality of life for all residents.

Skilled Nursing Center
The renowned ParkVista Skilled Nursing Center is a 99-bed community with private and semi-private rooms with views of the interior and exterior gardens. Delicious meals are served three times daily. A caring, supportive and professional staff, combined with a homelike environment, will provide 24-hour nursing care on a short- or long-term basis. We also offer comprehensive short-term rehabilitation services for patients requiring physical therapy following a serious fracture, joint replacement or stroke.

Memory Support
Memory-related disorders such as Alzheimer's disease often create enormous social, physical, emotional and financial burdens on the family of the patient.

That's why ParkVista placed a high priority on the architectural and programming designs of our 26-bed Special Care Center. Exceptionally safe and secure, our Special Care Center creates a comfortable, reassuring, homelike environment for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia related disorders. Our staff strives to develop activities that stimulate the senses and evoke pleasant memories and emotions. Our goal is to empower each resident with the ability to function at his or her optimal level - all with complete respect for the dignity of each individual.
